Looking for a motivational speaker? Look no further!
I love opportunities to inspire, encourage and motivate people, young and old, to challenge themselves, go on adventures, and generally raise the bar of life experiences.
So, if you are looking for a motivational speaker for your school, social group or business then look no further!
In my talks I draw on experiences from my 10 years in the military, as well as my year of adventure endurance challenges for the Veterans’ Foundation. I like to think my talks are relaxed, engaging, and (occasionally) witty!
The focus is on encouraging others to take up adventuring as well as what I have learnt about courage, and resilience. However, I can also tailor the talks if there is a theme you are focusing on.
Please get in touch directly for information on my speaking fee.

Jen we at the City of Portsmouth College cannot begin to thank you enough for your fabulous presentation. The comments we received from our students confirmed you were the best speaker of the day! Not only did you provide them with fresh, new, valuable information and tools but you sent our attendees out motivated and with a greater understanding of the meaning of the word ‘resilience’.
Jen was invited to talk at a Women @ Amazon event to specifically share and address issues around confidence and imposter syndrome. Jen’s presentation was candid, accessible and honest and provided the audience with a real insight in to how these issues impact others and how Jen, specifically, has overcome them through the lessons she has learnt during her challenges. The presentation included fascinating and raw footage from many of her challenges which was incredibly inspiring for the audience.
Jen’s talk to PA’s Military and women’s network was an incredible insight into resilience and overcoming mental adversity. Her journey was an incredible feat of endurance and perseverance which has inspired others to push themselves out of their comfort zone
